For your listening enjoyment,
we recommend a maximum of 30 people per guide.

Conditions specific to Guided Tours
TARIFFS
Prices listed for guided tours or escorts are for groups of 30 people maximum. For groups of over 30 people, two guides are necessary in order to insure the quality of the visit and to allow for optimum listening conditions. Our guides are lecturers accredited by the French Ministry of Culture.
RESERVATIONS
All options must be confirmed by mail or fax at least one week before the due date. The Tourist Office will in return send you a confirmation listing the date and place of the visit.
PAYMENTS
For guided tours or escort services, payment in full must be made upon confirmation. Exceptionally, the Tourist Office may accept payment at the time of the service.
Deferred payments may exceptionally be accepted upon presentation of a voucher, order form, or administrative mandate on the date of the visit, and must be paid in full within 30 days.
In this case your invoice will be sent to you by mail.
For all payments from foreign banks, a supplement of 18 euros will be charged to handle banking fees.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be confirmed by mail. Visits cancelled less than 24 hours before the date will be charged in full.
EXTRA CHARGES
For full-day visits or tours lasting several days, a surcharge will be added for the guide’s meals, accommodations, and eventual travel expenses to rejoin his domicile at the end of the tour.
DELAYS
If the client is not present at the exact date and time of the visit, it is imperative to contact the Tourist Office, “Resatourisme” service at +33 (0)2 48 23 02 61.

DELAYS

If the delay is less than 30 minutes, the visit can proceed as planned.
For delays exceeding 30 minutes, the visit will be shortened according to the delay.
For delays of over one hour, the visit will be cancelled and billed in full.

Our rates are offered on the basis of 30 people and at the rate specified:

► The Gardens of Bourges : 41 €/person
► A princely domain and world-class ceramists : 53 €/person
► Sancerre and its vineyards : 46 €/person
► Jacques Coeur's route : (2 jours) :

► Porcelain and Jewels : 43 €/person
► Unique visits : 54 €/person
► The gateway to Sologne : 41 €/personne.
Prices include: guided tour as stated in the program, entrance fees, lunch, including ¼ wine and coffee.
Not included in the price: transportation, accommodations, and personal expenses.

TARIFFS
Prices in this catalogue for guided tours of one or two days are listed per person and are based on groups of 30 participants. They include taxes and service charges but may be subject to market fluctuations.
For groups of more than 30, Sundays, or holidays, prices are available upon request. Transportation is at the charge of the client. Chauffeured bus prices are available upon request.

HOTELS
For accommodations, rates are based on the price of double rooms occupied by two people in 2 or 3 star hotels, continental breakfast included.
Reservation of a private room in a hotel will incur a “single” supplement.
For groups of 20 or more, a gratuity is given to the bus driver.

All requests for options can not be considered as reserved and become guaranteed reservations only upon return of signed contract accompanied by mandatory payment of total fee.

Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the contract, baring prior arrangements agreed upon by both of the two parties.
MODIFICATIONS
If unforeseen circumstances force the Tourist Office to modify the program, clients will be duly informed and have the option to cancel the tour and receive full reimbursement. Otherwise all modifications will be settled by written accord from the Tourist Office.

Clients will be issued a bill at the end of the service. Please note that the invoice will not list the TVA. According to Section 266-1e of the General Tax Code, the Tourist Office is not under obligation to mention the TVA in its operations.

25% of the total price
• between 20 and 8 days prior to the date of the tour:
50% of the total price
• between 7 and 2 days prior to the date of the tour:
90% of the total price
• the date of the tour or in the event of a no-show on the part of the client:
100% of the total price.
No reimbursement will be made if the number of participants is less than that specified in the contract, unless a prior agreement was made with the service provider
In case of a decrease in the number of participants before the payment of the service is made, the Tourist Office reserves the right to re-evaluate the pro rata cost of the service.
