TARIFFS
The prices indicated in this catalogue for day tours and excursions are indicated per person and are calculated on the basis of 15 or 30 participants, depending on the program. Taxes and service are included and may be adjusted in case of economic fluctuations.
For any request inferior or superior to the base calculation, or which includes Sundays or state holidays, updated estimates will be furnished. Transportation is at the charge of the customer. Buses and drivers can be reserved if desired.
Prices include :
*Entrances to sites and monuments, museums and tastings indicated in the programs ;
*Meals, beverage included, as indicated in the program sent and agreed upon by the client.
Accommodations :
The prices are calculated on the basis of a double room occupied by two people in a 2 or 3 star hotel, breakfast included.
The reservation of a single room will entail a « single » supplement.
A meal and accommodation gratuity is provided for the bus driver starting at 25 participants.
RESERVATIONS
Any optional request can not be considered as a reservation until validated by Resatourisme.
Reservations are considered confirmed after the contract has been signed by the client and accompanied by a mandatory 50% down payment of the total fee, sent at least one month before the initial date of the excursion.
The client is under obligation to pay the remainder of the total price 20 days before the start of the tour.
Any client who does not adhere to these specifications will be considered to have cancelled his reservation unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon by both parties.
In case of a reservation made less than 20 days before the start of the excursion, the totality of the payment is due upon reservation.
For foreign customers, the Tourist Office will accept international money orders. Bank transfers, euro-checks, and bank checks are accepted, but a supplement will be charged for bank fees.
MODIFICATIONS
In the event that Resatourisme finds it necessary to substantially modify the program, the client will be informed and has the right to either cancel his reservation and receive immediate reimbursement of the fees paid, or accept the modifications, which will then be added in amendment to the initial contract and must be signed by both parties.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations on the part of the client must be addressed to the Tourist Office by registered letter or fax.
The fees retained for cancellation charges are the following :
* From 30 to 16 days prior to date of excursion; 30% of total price of excursion.
* From 15 to 3 days prior to the date of excursion : 50% of the total price.
* Less than 2 days prior to the date of excursion or no-show on the part of the client: 100% of the total price.
INSURANCE
The Bourges Tourist Office is covered for professional civil liability by an insurance policy with AXA Insurance Company.
The client is responsible for his own civil liability and for all damages caused by himself and his parties.
We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.
Delays
The client must be present at the time indicated in the contract. In case of delay, the visit will be curtailed by the length of the delay or be increased in price by 40 euros flat fee per hour of overtime.

TARIFFS
The prices listed are for guided tours based on groups of 30 people maximum. For groups superior to this number, we recommend a second guide. Experience has proven that this is necessary for ideal listening conditions. Our guides are Art and History Lecturers accredited by the National Heritage Trust and Ministry of Culture.
Reservations
All options must be confirmed by mail or fax at least one week before the date of the excursion. You will in turn receive from the Tourist Office a letter of receipt indicating the date, time, and place of your rendez-vous.
Payment
For guided tours and accompaniments, the total fee must be paid upon reservation (no down payments). Exceptionally, the Tourist Office can allow payment upon the date of the excursion (by prior arrangement only).
Deferred payment will be accepted upon presentation of a voucher, order form, or administrative mandate on the day of the tour. In this case the bill will either be given or sent to you, and must be paid in full within 30 days of reception of the invoice.
For all payments from foreign banks, a 18 euro supplement will be charged for bank fees. Cancellations
All cancellations must be confirmed in writing. Tours cancelled less than 24 hours in advance must be paid in full.
Other expenses:
For tours and accompaniments done by our guides for one or more days, food and lodging are at the charge of the client, as well as travelling expenses to and from the guide’s domicile.
DELAYS
If the client is unable to arrive at the time indicated on the contract, he must imperatively inform Resatourisme by telephone at: 33 (0)2 48 23 02 61. If the delay does not exceed 30 minutes, the tour will proceed as planned. After 30 minutes, the tour will be curtailed by the length of the delay. After one hour, the visit will be cancelled and will be due in full.
